A No-Charge assessment of prospective suite or space to determine the present wiring/cabling capacity and condition.

 

When searching for new locations, many suite or offices have pre-existing telephone and data wiring and cabling, which may be reused by the incoming tenant. The type of wiring MAY OR MAY NOT  be the proper type for your companies needs. The data cable may be an older, less robust type, may not test to sufficient throughput limits. The telephone cable may not terminate in the correct closets. There are a number of factors when looking at existing cabling, which require a trained eye.

 JCK Communications can be your trained eye, and we provide this service at no-cost to our relocation clients.

Assessment of Present Telecommunications System

JCK Communications is a certified Panasonic telephone dealer, but also has expertise in many other systems, such as Nortel, Toshiba, Avaya (Lucent ATT), and others. We will provide a no-cost assessment of the capabilities of your present telephone and voice mail system, provide you a detailed summary of the capacity (number of lines, number of extensions, etc.) and examine the growth potential of your present system. JCK will also advise the suitability of relocating your present system, and suggest alternatives should the system not meet your future needs. 

Lines, Circuits, and Telephone Numbers

Perhaps the most confusing and frustrating aspect of relocating is moving or ordering new service from your telephone company. JCK is a valuable partner in this area, proving:

>   Assessment of present lines and circuits

>  Forecasting need at new location

>   Suggesting new, cost effective circuits and lines (such as PRI, with Direct Inward Dial)

>  VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) options to supplement your present system

>   Remote call forwarding to other branches or home offices

>   Completing the order with the carrier (ATT, or other carriers)

>   Bring the lines and circuits from the MPOE (Minimum Point of Entry) to your suite
